Our family had just been relocated to Raleigh, NC from Ohio for a job change. We were working on a pretty short deadline so we contacted Exit Realty First Choice to try and get some assistance finding a rental home.

      We were put in touch with Sarah who was very enthusiastic about helping us find a nice place for our family of four to live.

      A lot of the places we found were already under contract because of the high demand for homes in the area. We were only in town for the weekend and had to return home to tie up some loose ends without having found anything that suited our needs.  We trusted Sarah to find a home on our behalf and she delivered. She urged us to not delay on the process and we are glad we didn’t because the home would most likely have been put under contract and the paperwork took some time to process.

      She stayed in close contact with the listing agent and verified the receipt of our paperwork and application process continuously. 

      We found a great home surrounded by good neighbors and a fun community that was close to work.

Just wanted to thank you for the wonderful contacts!  We met with the Vicks this morning. They are handling the "fixing up," and expect to have the house sold in a few months (with a profit :) ). This has been a blessing!!!

Recently my husband, Tony, took a job in Raleigh making it necessary for our family to move from Cincinnati.  I was 8 months pregnant and would not be making the move until the baby was born.  My husband was on his own finding our family a new home.  And he needed to do so fast.

We were so lucky to come across Sarah.  She was so enthusiastic and helpful in our search. She really did listen to our needs and concerns. I was impressed with her professionalism yet she was always personal and friendly.  I know Tony appreciated her help and opinion in my absence.  I felt very comfortable with Tony picking out our new home without me because she was there.

I was very happy the day I was able to move into our new home along with my 3 children.  The transition has been easy because this house is perfect for our family.  We are all enjoying our new home.
